Update on General Electric’s goal to have a perfect 50/50 ration of male and female workers:

G.E. continues to move forward on the 50/50 plan.  Although there remains some debate concerning which direction the company is heading, details of the plan are emerging.

The current focus of the plan concerns the physical orientation of the employees at the building site.

Will they:

1. space the cubicles evenly (e.g. male, female, male, female….)
2. segregate the males and females by sides of the building (perhaps using a compass… or a rotating building to keep it fair)

Once the employees are in place, phase II details will be banged out.

On the table now:

  • Address the gender deniers and trans-trans gender-errs
  • Operate on all the employees to remove all trace of gender and eliminate the bathroom problem, driving the stock market wild.
  • Implement  gender as an attachment with a firewall that prevents them from opening it at work.

note:  The attachment will not open (display) properly on their cell phones, however, there will be those who try.
